Site Upgrade
We also upgraded our software to Joomla 2.5.3. This, amazingly, caused absolutely no problems with our modules and no one should notice any difference in the way the site operates.
Minor Template Change
I am still trying to find a working template for the site, but there has been a small change to the current layout. Although this means the pictures look out of place now, I like the new layout slightly more than I liked the previous one. The only real difference is the user menus are on the right.

Should Medicaid Offer HRT?
While I’m in favor of this, it could be bad from a fiscal standpoint. Few states offer HRT, and none of them that I’m aware of cover SRS. There’s also the counterpoint which is its necessary medical care for transgender patients.
